Finally, on Tuesday 26th, GO! 2025 came to Brussels. On the same day, in fact, the Council of European Culture Ministers met, a moment during which, by tradition, the Capitals announce their programmes. The presentation took place in the prestigious premises of the Permanent Representation of Slovenia to the European Union. Speakers included Marko Rusjan, Slovenian secretary of state for culture, Mija Lorbek, director of GO! 2025, Stojan Pelko, programme director of GO! 2025, Neda Rusjan Bric, artistic advisor of GO! 2025 and director of the opening ceremony, and Romina Kocina, director of EGTC GO.

On these occasions, the GO! 2025 public body team presented the official programme, gathered in four artistic segments - War and Peace, Creation of the New, Smugglers and Very Green -, while the director of EGTC GO presented the SPF small project fund and the infrastructure projects (the redevelopment of Transalpina Square/Trg Evrope and the Borderless wireless platform).
