Collaboration between Zittau and Nova Gorica for the European Capital of Culture 2025 candidacy
The Slovenian National Theater Nova Gorica SNG accepted also this year's invitation of the city of Zittau, at the border with Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
On Friday the 24 of May 2019 at the Gerhart Hauptmann theater, the Slovenian theater group presented itself to the public with the monodrama Voce umana by Jean Cocteau, directed by Ajda Valcl and starring Helena Peršuh. The theater trip is the result of the collaboration between Zittau and Nova Gorica as part of the candidacy for European Capital of Culture in 2025.
