A day dedicated to discovering Stage 10 of the Walk of Peace, the itinerary that connects Italy and Slovenia through symbolic sites of the First World War.
Participants, accompanied by local and historical experts, will be guided along trenches, dolines, and fortifications, following a path through nature, memory, and reflection.
The day will conclude with a concert by Neri Marcorè at the Dolina of the XV Bersaglieri.

Program:

Guided walk with historical expert along the Walk of Peace

• In the morning hike along Stage 10 of the Walk of Peace with a historical expert. Meeting point: IAT Info Point of Redipuglia (Via Terza Armata 37) at 8:45 AM;
• In the Afternoon guided tours of the Redipuglia Memorial area and the Mazzoldi Trench: Departures from the IAT Info Point at 2:45 PM, 3:00 PM, and 3:15 PM, refreshments available before the concert.

Concert – The Sounds of Peace

6:00 PM > Dolina of the XV Bersaglieri, Monte Sei Busi, Ronchi dei Legionari

Neri Marcorè – acoustic guitar, vocals
Domenico Mariorenzi – acoustic guitar, bouzouki, vocals
Anaïs Drago – violin, vocals
Chiara Di Benedetto – cello, vocals

A special selection of Italian and international singer-songwriter pieces will be performed, focusing on themes of peace, hospitality, and harmony among peoples — a musical embrace aimed at transcending all borders and intolerance.

From 5:00 PM, a free shuttle service will be available from the Memorial parking area to the Dolina of the XV Bersaglieri.

Free concert and Eco-sustainable, with low energy consumption.

In case of bad weather the concert will be held at the Municipal Theatre of Cormòns, Via Nazario Sauro 17, Cormòns.

This event is part of the BeWoP and WALKofPEACE+ projects, co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Italy–Slovenia Programme.
