The Fairy Tales – We Tell Them
The main objective of the project was to create an animated television miniseries (8 episodes in Slovenian and Italian) capable of reinterpreting fairy tales and legends from the Italian-Slovenian border area.
The innovative aspect of the miniseries was the active involvement of children in the creative process and in the production of the animated cartoons. The collaboration between children, teachers, and a team of animation professionals (screenwriters, animators, character designers, background artists, etc.) was essential for achieving a cross-border result that enabled the creation and broadcast of the miniseries on Italian and Slovenian television.
