Sanitas workshop: cross-border emergency workshop
The SANITAS project, funded by the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme, promotes cross-border cooperation with the aim of strengthening the cooperation capacity of healthcare organizations and other key stakeholders in the field of emergency management in the event of natural disasters.
The direct involvement of stakeholders is the main tool for contributing to the identification of the key topics and critical issues that will be addressed in the Protocol.
On Thursday, 4 and 18 June, two morning operational workshops will be held among stakeholders operating in the area. Healthcare professionals, civil protection representatives, local authorities, social services, rescue organizations, associations active in emergency management, healthcare and social care facilities, as well as institutions and professionals involved in the prevention of and response to natural disasters may register. To confirm participation, please write to events@euro-go.eu.
The workshops will be held according to the participatory World Café method and will focus on collecting critical issues and proposals useful for defining the Protocol on cross-border primary healthcare assistance for response to natural disasters.
