Three new selection notices open for external collaborators
EGTC GO seeks external experts for GO! 2025 projects
New highly specialised collaborators sought to coordinate projects and promote communication in the European Capital of Culture 2025
The EGTC GO, European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation, has announced the opening of three new selection notices for external collaborators with specialised skills. These professional figures are needed to support the implementation of the projects foreseen for GO! 2025, the prestigious event that will see Gorizia and Nova Gorica as European Capital of Culture in 2025.
As the year 2025 approaches, the activities related to the preparation of the European Capital of Culture are intensifying. EGTC GO is looking for new professionals to ensure the success of these cultural initiatives and to promote the development of the two twin cities.
One of the key roles sought is that of GO! 2025 project manager, to support the coordination of the projects included in the Bid Book that led to the victory of Gorizia and Nova Gorica as European Capital of Culture 2025. This professional will be crucial to ensure the effective implementation of the cultural initiatives planned in particular in collaboration with the Italian partners.
A second GO! 2025 project manager will be responsible for the activities related to the Borderless Wireless platform, in order to provide access to comprehensive information on GO! 2025 in a single and innovative cross-border and trilingual virtual platform. This tool will allow visitors to the European Capital of Culture to consult an advanced calendar of events, learn about the official programme, discover related projects, as well as offer tourist information, accommodation and much more. The Borderless Wireless platform will be the central hub for the full cultural experience of GO! 2025. Please note that the EGTC GO is also collecting quotes from interested operators for the technical implementation of the platform.
The third notice concerns a collaborator to support external communication, with knowledge of Italian and Slovenian languages, who can guarantee the GO EGTC proper external communication on all the main activities in which the body is involved.
Full details on how to apply for these roles are available on the official EGTC GO website at www.euro-go.eu. Interested parties will have until 12 noon on Monday 29 May 2023 to send their applications exclusively by e-mail.
