Discovering the cycle paths for the Isonzo-Soča project
A morning to discover the cycle and pedestrian paths that will be created within the Isonzo-Soča project. On the 24th of September, the mayors of the three founding municipalities of the EGTC GO, together with some city councilors, took part in the morning bicycle trip organized by the EGTC GO.
The project involves the creation of a common cross-border network of cycle and pedestrian paths that will form a cross-border urban park, the provision of recreational infrastructures that will enhance the territory as a tourist destination and finally the construction of an identifying brand for more effective communication capable of intercepting even non-local visitor flows.
The project is funded by the Interreg V-A Italia-Slovenija 2014-2020 program.
