GOmini
The hidden natural heritage of the cross-border area for younger generations
The GOmini project aims to raise awareness of the small green and aquatic environments, which are often overlooked yet essential for biodiversity. The project aims to promote environmental awareness, inclusive bilingual education and active citizen participation, particularly among younger generations. Key activities include cross-border guided tours exploring microenvironments, observing nature with digital microscopes, collecting audio-visual material, and creating a nature documentary and publication. Integrating science, art, and community involvement, the project promotes sustainable tourism and the protection of natural and cultural heritage. Residents, schools, NGOs and tourism institutions will be directly involved, contributing to the conservation of local ecosystems and strengthening the cross-border identity of the area.
