The Two Kulturni | Dva Kulturna Domova
In view of the European Capital 2025, the "I Due Kulturni | Dva Kulturna Domova" project aims to upgrade and modernise the Kulturni Dom of Gorizia and the Kulturni Dom of Nova Gorica, two important theatres that have been cooperating for 40 years, promoting cultural integration between the two cities. The two facilities, although functioning, need some improvements in order to be able to offer a better service to the citizens and to reach the standards required to compete at a European level and to attract cultural bodies. In the first phase of the project, the improvements will be carried out and the project will culminate with a 'Show in Two Cities', a single theatrical performance divided between the two theatres, symbolising the integration of the two communities.
