Yesterday, the first meeting dedicated to the beneficiaries of the projects to be funded under the SPF GO! 2025 Call No. 03/2025 took place at the GO! Center in Gorizia.

Representatives of the 12 selected projects, together with the SPF coordinators of the EGTC GO, met to officially launch project activities and to receive all the necessary information for the correct and effective management of the projects.

During the workshop, EGTC GO personnel presented the main aspects related to project implementation, with particular focus on the eligibility of costs, possible project modifications, reporting procedures, and communication guidelines.

The meeting also provided an important networking opportunity: beneficiaries were able to get to know each other, meet the SPF team, ask questions, and clarify any operational doubts.

The contents of the 12 projects are varied and cover four distinct thematic areas:

• inclusion of children and young people

• sport and well-being

• promotion of green areas and aquatic environments

• promotion of infrastructures of public interest

Currently, the EGTC GO manages a total of 56 projects under the GO! 2025 Small Project Fund (44 from the first call and 12 from the second call), financed by the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme. With the launch of the projects under the third call, the total number of cross-border projects rises to 68.
