On 21 April 2020, the mayor of Nova Gorica Klemen Miklavič signed the contract for the renovation of the SKUPNOSTNI CENTER (Community center) - 2nd phase. The investment is aimed at guaranteeing, in a single point, an infrastructure with social protection tasks of a high standard of regional and cross-border value.

The restructuring of the structure also includes the organization of an information point in the Municipality of Nova Gorica, a support for vulnerable groups and the assignment of a mental health center. For this puropoe, the EGTC GO has made a provision of EUR 316,780.61 in total. The allocation of the Health-Zdravstvo project financed by the Interreg V-A Italy-Slovenia 2014-2020 Program.
