In November, the Salute-Zdravstvo project came to an end, which over the course of five years brought together various experts from Italy and Slovenia, and offered new services and structures in the field of health and social care to the residents of the cross-border area of ​​the EGTC GO.

On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, we marked the end of the project with a closing event, in which speakers from four project sections (autism, physiological pregnancy, social inclusion and mental health) took part, who participated in cross-border working groups and jointly designed cross-border connections and services. The Salute-Zdravstvo project left a strong mark on our cross-border area, both in terms of new infrastructures and in terms of new knowledge and integration, which was acquired by experts from all three involved municipalities and health and social care institutions.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in the implementation of the project and who, together with us, believed in the cross-border vision, even in an area where it had never been considered before.
